  • You can return any Tenaya product within 14 days from the delivery date.<\/li>\n
  • The items to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, with their labels and a copy of the invoice.<\/li>\n
  • Refunds are made to the same credit card or PayPal account that was used for the original purchase at Tenaya.net. The total value of the purchased item will be refunded, less the logistics costs for its delivery caused by the return. In the case of a defective product, Tenaya will bear the logistics costs.<\/li>\n
